As your bike will be made to order, payment of your deposit secures your position in our order book.

Local production of your bike is initiated and our delivery times are currently 9 weeks.

When your bike is ready, you will receive a payment request for the final balance payment and be all set.

The frame of your Cargone bike is covered against manufacturing defets for a period of five years.

Accessories made by Cargone are covered against manufacturing defets for a period of two years.

Third-party components are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers, facilitated by Cargone. Wear items like brake pads, chains, chainring, cassette, tires and tubes are not covered by warranty.

The complete Bosch electric system is covered by Bosch’s two year warranty. Bosch batteries are considered a wear item: the battery is guaranteed to have a remaining capacity of a minimum of 60% of the original capacity after two years or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first. Claims made in this regard shall be supported by a test performed with the Bosch battery capacity tester by your local Bosch certified technician.

Delivery is available in the Province of Quebec for a flat rate of $100.

You are also more then welcome to pick up your bike at our Laval facility and get your personalized cargo bike pro briefing.

Mainly, yes. This allows us to offer a product made entirely in Quebec at a price equivalent to that of our competitors who manufacture in Asia.

It’s also possible to try it out, by appointment, at our headquarters in Laval, Quebec.

We’re also in discussion with a number of local bike dealerships specializing in cargo bikes that could offer a complete super-ambassador experience.

Cargone is currently available for delivery in Canada only.

Cargone has developed a superior cargo bike for international distribution. We will gradually add more countries as we are assured of meeting local regulations.
