Cargone Inc. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified below and calculated from the date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
To make a warranty claim, contact your authorized Cargone dealer or Cargone Inc. directly at support@cargone.ca. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

The Bosch Li-Ion batteries should, under normal conditions, only loose about 20% capacity after 500 discharge cycles. This reduction in capacity is normal wear and tear and not specifically covered under warranty.
Batteries eventually loose capacity and will need to be recycled and replaced. To help the environment, please use your battery until the very end of it’s usable life and then contact us at info@cargone.ca for instructions on where to recycle.
The warranty doesn’t cover shipping damage, but Cargone will work with you to find a solution. These are time-sensitive situations, though. You’ll need to notify Cargone within 30 days of receiving your ebike and provide proof of damage and purchase.
