FAQs

Mainly, yes. This allows us to offer a product made entirely in Quebec at a price equivalent to that of our competitors who manufacture in Asia.

It’s also possible to try it out, by appointment, at our headquarters in Laval, Quebec.

We’re also in discussion with a number of local bike dealerships specializing in cargo bikes that could offer a complete super-ambassador experience.

Cargone is currently available for delivery in Canada only.

Cargone has developed a superior cargo bike for international distribution. We will gradually add more countries as we are assured of meeting local regulations.

Delivery for iterms over $200 CAD is free in Canada. Accessories purchased separately from a bike and replacement parts not covered under warranty will be charged a shipping fee of $10 CAD for orders under $150 CAD.

In Canada in-stock items will typically ship within four business days unless otherwise specified.

Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Once your order is sorted and scanned through the first FedEx station, your tracking information will be populated with a delivery date estimate.

Our bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx, UPS or Purolator Ground for ebikes, and we may use UPS for accessories. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.

If your bike was shipped by FedEx and you have received a tracking number via email, you can arrange any special requests or delivery instructions after FedEx has completed their initial scan (dependent on FedEx timeline) by contacting FedEx or using the FedEx Delivery Manager tool. If FedEx has not completed their initial scan and you contact them, they may not acknowledge the package has shipped yet (even though it has). Please note that FedEx will make their best effort to honor your request, but they do not guarantee special delivery requests.

When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Click the link below that matches the shipping company listed in your tracking number email.

* Lithium-ion batteries take longer to ship because they must go through a regulatory certification and approval process. For details, see Why does shipping a battery take so long.

You are also more then welcome to pick up your bike at our Laval facility and get your personalized cargo bike pro briefing.
