Return and refund policy
Thank you for your purchase!
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy, you can return it for a refund. Please see the details below.
Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (see below for details).
Returns
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, boxes, and labels attached.
Return Process
Get an RMA Number: Email customer service at info@cargone.ca with your order number to obtain an RMA number.
Package Your Return: Place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form.
Mail Your Return: Send your return to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
- Please allow at least 5 business days for processing.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- We’ll notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electric bicycles (e-bikes)
- Electronics (controllers, chargers, cables, sensors, kits, lights, displays, etc.)
- Batteries
- Spare parts
- Tools
- Labor fees
- Sale items
- Special order items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us for assistance.
Please Note:
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders with “FREE” shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
- Sale items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.
Pre-Orders:
- Pre-order deposits are non-refundable unless 90 days have passed from the original estimated delivery date provided by Cargone.
- For orders with no delivery date, deposits are non-refundable unless 180 days have passed.
- Balances not paid within 30 days of Cargone receiving the products will result in the cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.
